Overall the hotel is nice. Staff is helpful and friendly, people I've spoke to knew English pretty well there was also a bellboy who knew Russian. Hotel has a tiny elevator. Tea and coffee available for free 24/7 at the reception desk. The location is acceptable if you are willing to use a public bus or a taxi, taxi to the main places of Kadikoy are pretty cheap.
We booked a suit suitable for 4 people. It had a big couch bed and a king size bed. The room was big and spacious.
However, the cleanliness was to the poorest. They really need to hire new cleaning personnel, because the room was dirty for a hotel standard. Especially the bathroom, I was using the shower with slippers on, because I couldn't really trust that the inside was washed properly.
We stayed for 2 nights and did not make a complaint about the cleanliness, I'm not sure if they would do a deep clean even if we complained. I have not seen any of the maids or genitors in the hotel throughout our stay.
Besides that, air conditioning was working good. All the electronics were working. The sleeping places were comfortable. Tip: take your own hairdryer, the one in the room is hardly blowing...
In conclusion, it was an ok experience. I would rate it 6/10. I would not stay at this hotel next time, but for its price it was acceptable.
