It’s a nice cozy hotel and staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast area is nice as it’s located at top floor. Only drawback is rooms are very small and hard to move around with luggage in the room.

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Decor was 10/10. So many unique pieces, you can tell they really put time and effort into making the place special. All of the staff were super friendly to my friend and I! The rooftop for breakfast was stunning, and good food options. The location was also great! It is a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and next to many shops, restaurants, mosques, and tourist/sightseeing spots! The only slight issue is that there wasn't a lock on the bathroom door. Luckily, I shared the room with one of my close friends so we thought it was funny, but otherwise it'd be great to add that so there's a bit more privacy! I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Istanbul.

This is a cute boutique hotel in a decent area and it's family owned. I loved the vintage look. However, the hotel need new beds. New mattresses. I woke up every day feeling achy because of the old and low mattresses. The food is good. Breakfast was great but because i didn't sleep well i wouldn't stay here again. The shopping in the area is cool.

I recently stayed at the Niles Hotel in Istanbul, and while the room was smaller than I had anticipated, the overall experience more than made up for it. The guest services were truly exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a delicious variety of options to start the day off right. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests and even bridging language barriers with ease. Their attentiveness and warmth made a significant difference, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service and a positive atmosphere, I highly recommend the Niles Hotel. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying there again!

The staff make us feel like home! Extraordinary service. Always willing to help. Tolga was incredible, he will go extramiles to try to help us. Breakfast and afternoon tea is included on the price. We also love the terrace ! I will go back there next time in Istanbul for sure!

An excellent find. Small family run hotel (genuinely all one family) which is in a perfect location for exploring Istanbul's major sites. Walls maybe a little thin but think we were unlucky with noisy neighbours rather than it being a normal issue. Would def use this hotel again if we go back to Istanbul. Also worth saying that the include breakfast was also good with plenty of choice

The reason you should stay at Hotel Niles is it blends western service with Turkish style. It's a haven in the middle of Istanbul, but you still feel part of the city. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and Ottoman chic. There's a bar on the rooftop that serves drinks in the evening and excellent Turkish meze. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

This was a beautiful family run hotel. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much. The perfect hotel for our short city break. Highly recommend for an authentic non glitzy big brand hotel. If we returned, we'd definitely stay again.

Girls weekend in Istanbul- October half term
Good stay - hotel is close to the T1 line which was helpful for our stay and getting there from the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but there is add ons such as orange juice and omlette so be prepared to pay a little extra. Overall a pleasant stay considering there is so much to do in Istanbul sonwere rarely in the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay with however getting a taxi at hotels doorstep is difficult but can get one across the street. Although, there are tram links just 5mins walk. I liked the hotel, I had no issues, room was clean and staff was friendly
