The only good I can mention about this hotel is staff. They are friendly, accommodating and attentive. Hotel is way overpriced for what you getting. Outdated, old, very small room, old stained rags over floors in the hallway and in the room. Very old and not user friendly TV system. You will not get English channels and forget about TV apps like Netflix. Hotel is advertised as having Spa. Don’t count on it, you wouldn’t want to use it. Area is close to a ferry, very busy otherwise area.

Good location within Kadikoy, great, friendly staff, clean rooms. The main improvements I think could be improved wifi signal and the spa jaccuzi was cold...supposedly on purpose, as if it's normal. I was really looking forward to hot jaccuzi so that was kind of disappointing.

Really liked the staff, room was quiet clean and well maintained. We had an issue with our dentist, the 2 membrs of staff Shrek and irmak ( River ) were fantastic in helping us to resolve the issue. It felt very reassuring having such wonderful staff , the whole experience staying at Parkhouse was very positive we stayed for 1 week. We are coming back on 3 months and will be booking here again. Higly recommend. Best Gary and Toni x

Great location. The room was small but for a one night stay was not an issue. Location is great. Staff very friendly. I didn't use the free breakfast so can't comment on that, but for a quick stop it worked well.

Great little hotel on the Asia side of Istanbul in Kadikoy neighborhood. Near the ferry and bus terminal , easy access to travel to the European side. The front staff was amazing especially young lady Zaiden, helpful with each and every question I had about sights and things to do, everyone spoke English. Definitely would recommend this property for next stay on the Asia side.

The room is big and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable like a 5 star hotel. The Turkish bath spa is definitely a winner. So far nothing to complain about. Will certainly return if needed in future.

Staff always friendly and accommodating, they are happy to help in anyway.Hotels location is great for ferry across to the European side of Istanbul as well as a great selection of bars & restaurants within mins of hotel. Taxi from Istanbul airport 55 mins . Spa downstairs to relax in great .Will be staying there again
