Calm weekend getaway
Amazing view in the terrace & although it was in the island center, it was so quiet and calm during the night. You can easily take the boat to go to Camlimani beaches (1 minute walk from the hotel) or rent a bike and go for a ride around the island. There is a supermarket right across the hotel also.

There was no wifi in the hotel "not as described" The room should have a king size bed but they put 2 twin beds together and they kept moving. "Not even held together". The toiletries were poor. (Just shampoo, no soaps and stuff). There was a closet without hangers.

We stayed 5 days it was good but we didn't had any cleaning service for all our stay, but the staff is very welcoming, the room was not very clean, we found under the bed an old black sandal, this means that they didn't clean under the bed for long time. You can hear at night loud voices from other room (ahh ahh) so it is not a good place for a family at all. After all you get what you pay. If you want to check in for one day only maybe it will be fine.

Hôtel confortable en plein dans le centre ville de l'Île d'Heybeliada Proche des commerces, restaurents et locations de vélo Chambre suffisante et équipée (lit double + lit simple, climatisation, frigo, douche + serviette + gels douche)

İdeal bir pansiyon
Tüm ihtiyaçlarımıza karşılık bulduk. Fiyatları konumuna göre oldukça iyiydi. Çıkış yaparken vapuru kaçırdığımız için ve hava soğuk olduğu için bir sonraki vapura kadar bizi misafir ettiler. Teşekkür ederiz.

Berbat bir pansiyon.
Pansiyona vardık ilk gol kahvaltı servisi olmadığını öğrenmemizle başladı hadi dedik odaya çıktık TV yok, banyo da tuvalet üstten akıyor, oda desen küçücük bunları gördükten sonra odada kalmadan terk ettik.

Pansiyonun konumu gayet güzeldi,fakat yatakların yenilenmesi şart bence,odada yerler toz içindeydi süpürülmeliydi. Pansiyonun içindeki tüm sesler odadaydı resmen, bununla ilgili çalışma yapılabilir.

Pansiyonun denize bakan 112 numaralı odasında kaldık. Vapur iskelesine bakan bu oda hem geniş ve ferahtı, iyi ışık alıyordu. Tasarım açısından ise mavi renklerle döşenmiş, dinlendiriciydi. Kış ortası olmasına rağmen oda sıcacıktı, hiç üşümedik. Nevresimler ve banyo gayet temizdi. Duşta su epeyce tazyikli, keyifli bir duş olanağı sunuyor ve sıcak su problemsiz. Biz giriş yapmadan önce sabun ve bir otel terliği konulması unutulmuş ve banyoda önceki misafirlerin kullanmış olduğu şampuan vardı fakat problem etmedik, eksikleri de hemen tamamladılar. Check-out saati konuşulmamasına rağmen hiç sıkıştırmadılar. Resepsiyon çok nazik, güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar Heybeliada'da konaklayacak olsam kesinlikle Prenset Pansiyon'u tercih ederim.

Güzel
bizimle ilgilenen çalışan oldukça güler yüzlüydü ve herhangi bir sıkıntıda güvenilir biri diyebilirim. pansiyonun konumu harika iskele hemen önünde. kaldığımız odanın manzarası muhteşemdi, oda da oldukça geniş ve rahattı. yalnızca yataklar biraz rahatsızdı onun dışında hiçbir problem yok.

Mayıs ayında yapmış olduğum rezervasyonun son güne kadar konfirmasyonuna ait emailler almama rağmen otele gitmeme 2 gün kala başka bir arkadaşımdan otelde rezervasyonumun gözükmediğini odamın başkasına satıldığını öğrendim. Hotels.com ile görüşmeme ve otelle görüşmeme rağmen bir sonuç elde edemedim iki misli fiyata berbat bir yerde konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Hotel.com ve Prenset pansiyonun iş ahlakına kesinlikle güvenmeyiniz. Bu yorumu muhtemelen yayınlamazlar ama ben yine de yazayım.
