Great place to stay
I enjoyed staying at the Recital Hotel: All staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the hotel was near to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace and also close to restaurants and the very useful tram T1. I stayed twice and got a room upgrade on my second visit. This second room on the 5th floor was very quiet. Whenever I sent an email to the hotel (e.g. about booking transport from the airport to the hotel), I received a prompt reply. At the top of the hotel is a terrace with sea view, which is a definite bonus. I felt safe and comfortable staying at the Recital Hotel and would happily stay again.

Recital hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. The property is located approximately 7-10 min walk to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The tram stops are nearby if you want to go to distant places. The rooms are spacious and breakfast spread is decent. The entire staff is actually the cherry on the cake, they were always around whenever I needed. Many thanks for your services.

We had the most amazing nine night stay at the Recital hotel. We were upgraded to a family suite which meant we had so much room for our long stay. The breakfast was amazing and varied each morning. There was always a happy face at the front desk to greet us and also to help us with all our questions about Istanbul; the friendliest staff we have ever experienced. The hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions of Saltanahmet. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.
