The staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming. Always ready to help answer questions , offer advice or recommend excursion/ restaurants. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is one of the most beautiful, comfortable hotel in Istanbul, the stuff are extermly perfect special Ehsan is the best. The location is the best as well near to ancient city center. I recommend all my friends to have such amazing pleasure

We checked in and checked out in a matter of hours. There was blood stained sheets and dried faecal matter on the toilet. The linen on the bed smelled like body odour. For the price you pay, you are better off saving your money and sleeping on the streets

It’s a nice cheap hotel close to grand bazaar. Only downside is that it is on a hill but most regions in turkey are like that. Will go back again

Surprisingly this hotel was alright considering we only paid £36 a night. The room and bathroom was clean. We got to the hotel earlier than check in and management were still able to provide us with a room early. Kettle was rusting requested for a new one as needed to make baby milk and didn’t want to take any chances with rusted kettle. Staff changed kettle. Staff member polite courteous and helpful. Didn’t stay for breakfast as had a early flight to catch. There was no coffee/tea sachet provided. The AC in the whole building was not working but the management were able to resolve this in a few hours. The location is great - just 8 minutes walk from main attraction area. It is located in a hill so either way you will have to climb up or down a hill or many hills depending on where you are going from the hotel. Overall would say this hotel was decent compared to some of the more expensive hotels and services and facilities they provide which is poor.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife and kids and very pleased. The management were very friendly and speaks very good English. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Good location, walking distance to Grand Bazar and Ayasofya. Will definitely come back. Thank you

Beware! Very bad hotel, awful External location
Most terrible stay experience of life. Booked hotel for 3 days, left it in a day due to pathetic experiences, very bad location - high slope area (dont be carried thinking it's in Sultanahmet. Bad location with difficult connectivity, not even taxis preferred dropping until hotel especially after snowfall) Staff weren't helpful. No proper heater in room - just a small diffuser in centre of room which couldnt maks room warm in winter. Location of beds were so unplanned you cant watch TV from bed. Moreover TV wasnt working. Bathroom flush wasnt working properly. Column in centre of room making uncomfortable for walking. Overall i would never prefer turning back to this hotel as i paid money again for another hotel and preferred losing money of already booked 2 more days which i didn't stay. Since staff wasn't helpful as said before, i didn't expect a single penny will be refunded for days i wasnt staying and the same happened. I lost money for remaining days and they said they wont give it back. But i am happy i left the hotel and found amazing hotel and location in other area - Gulhane.
