Our stay at this "hotel" was just horrible. When you book a room there, you should know that some of their rooms are not in the actual hotel, but across the street. We wanted to book a boutique hotel in Istanbul and we didn't expect too much, just the basics - clean bed, our own bathroom, hair dryer, a mirror in the bathroom, all of which was listed in the room description. So, we thought we would get a standard room in a hotel. Instead, we were given a "room" across the street. The only things that were in the room were a bed with a filthy cover, a tv and one night stand. No AC so air was stuffy. This room was on the second floor, connected to another room with closets in there that contained somebody's dirty socks and clothes. This was connected to a small kitchen that was dirty and had empty bottles in the drawers. Bathroom: had used feminine products in the trash that wasn't emptied and long black hair on the floor. Used slippers there. The water from the shower came right over the toilet so you had to stand next to the toilet to take shower. There was no mirror whatsoever which made it very challenging to get ready. There was no hair dryer even though the description said there will be one and I didn't take mine. This resulted in having to go to bed with wet hair and runny nose. In the middle of the night we were awaken by two drunk girls who were staying the room next door and noone told us we were sharing the place with them. Our stay there ruined Istanbul for us.
