First of all its a very old and traditional mansion but we had very bad and disgusting service.
1. Its says on site self parking but there is no parking spaces , you have to park on the side road by yourself, unsecure park also we had scratch on the car.
2. We get premium room with garden sight and kind bed but they merge 2 single bed and they dont even know why 2 single bed in room. We try to explain them its not normal . When I ask the cancel room shift manager said lets clean my room and you can stay there . I get very angry and than manager agree to show other room .
3 . Hotel staff requie extra cost for other rooms and we said its not our mistake and they agree to let us stay on another room.
4 . When we agree to stay another room in 5 min time I turn A/C on and over 30 min temprwture doesn't go up.
5. We call reception and explain problem they agree to change room to another. When we move to other room still we want to drink tea and there was no kettle . We ask kettle to drink tea they just bring their own kettle and 2 drink glass Kettle was very dirty also we saw some ash in the tea mug .
6. We made another complain to the reception and they let us move another room I was finally thinking to relax and I want ti get shower . I turn the shower on and I wait at least 3 4 min to get hot water and no hot water. They want to check downstairs to is there somethig wrong and they said hot water in working order. After all this situation we left to hotel
