Service is good, breakfast is nice, area is central but really loud. Bed is comfortable (make sure to ask for douvet as sheets are not enough). Room not suitable for working (no desk).

The only positive thing about the property was some of the good staff and location but other than that, sadly, not very clean when it comes to cleanliness. The page on Expedia says there’s a restaurant in the hotel but there is not - the page should be updated as this was misleading. No room service from the hotel itself whatsoever. You can’t even order coffee from the front desk. I recommend trying a different hotel if you’re a first timer in Istanbul.
