The Staff was very kind and courteous, yet professional. Mr. Yusuf, on desk duty at night, helped me bring my bags to my room. Mr. Suleiman, on desk duty in the morning, offered me coffee/tea when I went to the lobby to check out. Both of them were very helpful. The room is small, but clean and has all the amenities. For the price, it was a great place to stay. Distance from IST airport is just ten to fifteen minutes. The hotel arranged for drop off and pick up from the airport, as arranged prior to arrival. It went very smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night as layover close to the airport. Only good thing was it was close to the airport. Room and bathroom were not cleaned well. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and shower.

We booked a 4 bed room and instead got 2 two bed rooms which was not a part of our reservation. The air conditioning was also not cooling the room enough for us. The staff were friendly however and we were given a two-way shuttle. The area around the hotel had good restaurants as well.

This hotel is nice and small clean room close to the airport 20 min so for people who have to stay for one night it’s excellent Close by to nice restaurant when you can have a nice meal fair price

The Great Airport Hotel is an excellent stopping point before or after a long flight. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport, and they offer shuttles to the airport every 30 minutes for 25 Euros one way. The rooms are clean and the lobby is attractive. The area has several good restaurants within walking distance, an impressive mosque just steps away, and a lovely park with multiple playgrounds just down the hill. We had a minor issue in our room with the shower head holder not being secure, but otherwise it’s a great deal for the price.
