I liked that they offered an airport shuttle for a fee. FYI they communicate thru Whats App which I did not know on arrival, so I had to find a more pricey shuttle from the IST airport to get to the hotel. Breakfast was fine, and I was able to get the shuttle for 3 people back to the airport through the hotel in the morning.

Good Experience

We had a wonderful stay. The shuttle service cost us 40 euros round trip. The hotel staff were invaluable, even though we arrived at midnight. We were welcomed graciously and offered bottles of water and tea. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast the next morning. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Wonderful hotel. My mom stayed overnight between flights. Close to the airport, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff, ready to help. Took a transfer, very clearly explained where to go, fast and without problems, I recommend!

They did not have the room we booked which is inconvenient as a family of four with small children. We booked two connecting rooms and instead they had two rooms "connected" by a balcony, which obviously does not replace the original booking.

We were staying at this hotel due to a long layover, after checking in to get settle we realize it was no running water. We call they said 30 minutes. After 4 hours still no running water so we check out went to another hotel wouldn’t help us

The Great Airport Hotel was really nice for our short stay in Istanbul. We were there for two days total and they were very accommodating for us. My family always enjoyed the breakfast and the eating areas and windows were nice to look out from. There was an earthquake while we were there and the building was not affected at all and we felt quite safe during that time. The shuttle to and from the airport was comfortable and very efficient as well. I also really liked eating at the restaurants just north of it.
