Excellent and Terrible at the same time!
The Place is good and new, but the room service is not good at all, mainly does not exist, you feel you’re an airbnb… They forget to renew coffee and water daily! There is no hotel staff in the building where my room was, had to wall like 10 minutes to reach the breakfast building (was worth it because the Breakfast is very good and the staff is welcoming)…!

We booked 4 rooms. All rooms had great AC. Even though we were in an extremely busy area the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast staff were exceptional. I highly recommend that you tip them if you're able to. The cleaning staff was also friendly. You get a lot for your money here. It's located in a fantasic area close to evetything and many bars are open till 3am. Tons of shopping. Close to the metro, buses etc. It makes it hard to compete. The manager was also very attentive. Thank you for accommodating us.

I stayed here for 14 days, and I have never had a better vacation experience. The hotel is in a prime location. The buildings and rooms were very clean and spacious. The best part was the nice and accommodating staff. They were all so nice and helpful with everything. Special thanks to the manager Yeganeh Ramezani for being so helpful for everything. We had some problems with our bags with a airport and the manager was so helpful with phone calls and making us feel at home. Overall 6/5 experience, definitely the best hotel to stay at if you are staying in Taksim.

We thought we had booked a different hotel called Triada hotel karakoy. This one was called Triada apartment hotel. Once we solved the confusion … things were good. The staff are very helpful. The location is near Taksim square. It is very busy and dynamic.
