Mixed views on this hotel but lovely rooms
Firstly,the room itself was perfect, comfy bed, tasteful decor and lots of extra stuff like an iron, fridge, smart tv, hob, however no cutlery or pots so you couldn't use hob or oven. The service was mixed, room was left open by cleaners and it didn't even get cleaned, air con wasn't working properly and had to keep calling reception for towels, cleaning the room, fix air con etc Restaurant service wasn't great,but porters were lovely, reception staff average. Not much to do in the area apart from shopping malls but hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa area. Roof top swimnig pool not looked after and needs maintenance asap. Stayed 4 days would of stayed longer but no restaurants to walk to so left early.

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Only problem is our room was not ready and we waited more than 2 hours after check in to get to our room. I booked the hotel couple weeks ago. If you have available rooms to book for that days, you need to make it ready for that time. 2 hours is a lot when you traveling with kids. Especially if you have flight after few hours.

The hotel facilities are good and the room is very nice. However, we stayed for 4 nights and not even one day got housekeeing to make our apartment. I put the sign and called reception 5x but no one came. Breakfast selection is not alot also and was not presented very clean and properly, either out of reach or just put on the bench whatever. Not what you will expect from 5 star. Location was close to Istanbul mall but have to catch taxi or uber and taxi doesnt want to take you because the distance is too close but not close enough to walk it. No food, coffee or grocery area when you get out of the hotel, just a massive highway. You need to walk 15mins for a coffee.

Everything we needed for quick family stay.
Quick one night stay which had everything we needed. Room nice and spacious. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff a little average on service and prices typically a lil higher. Playground was a treat and my daughter couldn't get enough of. Would stay here again.

I booked my room months in advance in preparation for my trip to Istanbul for surgery. I selected a room with a fridge for my home cooked meals post surgery so I would not have to leave my room unless necessary. I also made sure to book a room with a king bed for my partner, who is a large body builder, and myself with a TV in front of the bed so I can relax and recover in bed to give me some entertainment while staying in bed all day. However, when I got to the hotel, they had given our room away and had no other availabilities. I was given a room with no tv in front of the bed, just a wall, and a small DOUBLE sized bed where we couldn’t fit comfortably for sleeping and my poor partner had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa. We discussed with management numerous times over the course of the days we were there. We were told they have no availability and that there’s no rooms that have a king bed, with tv and a fridge, no new room. All the information and photos are wrong on the Expedia website. Unfortunately this caused me to check out early and I didn’t get to enjoy the rest of my days in Turkey I was supposed to. I got clearance from my doctor I could fly back home safely and that’s what i immediately did. Expedia has tried contacting the party for my partial refund for the days there we spent absolutely uncomfortable. It’s been weeks and we still did not receive a response. Do not waste your vacation or money on this property. This is not how a business should be ran.
