Guests should follow signs for gates A and B; the hotel is next to LCW store. Guests arriving on an international flight and who will be continuing on to another international flight should pass through International Transfer Security to reach the hotel. It is not a hotel. It is sleeping pods.
This is not a hotel. It is a sleeping pod with shared bathrooms and showers. The "room" is about the size of my closet and there is only space for a bed. There is not even a sink in the room. For €165!!!! I complained so much they eventually gave me a room at their hotel for another €150!!! As opposed to the regular price that would have been another €220. This room was so small I had to walk sideways around the bed. But had a shower and bathroom. It was OK, but not nearly worth the monies.

Grab a chair in the terminal instead.
This was my second stay with Yotelair in Istanbul. The first time, I couldn’t find it, ended up buying a visa and going out of the airport, then coming back in! This time I found it and realised I’d booked a ‘recharge cabin’ rather than a proper room (for a similar price as before). Fair enough, I only had about 8 hours before my next flight anyway. First, check-in takes ages, for no apparent reason. I figured they might need a passport and payment. But the system was so slow, takes 5-10 mins per person! And why do I need to sign 3 different docs before I get my key?? Took a while to figure out how to work the cabin, as the lights go out when the door shuts (and obviously there are no windows). The bathroom facilities are small - 2 showers. Towels are supposed to be supplied, but where? I checked the details on the TV - turns out it’s €15 for a shower! I thought there was free coffee at reception as well till the receptionist shouted at me. And the cabin - the bed is hard, like sleeping on the pavement with a step for a pillow. And the Star Trek door is thin white plastic that keeps out neither light nor noise (especially when someone vacuums at 1:30am). I’d have got more sleep in a chair in the terminal. If I have another overnight stay in Istanbul, I’ll do that. Expensive, not a great experience and not much positive to say, other than it’s airside so the location is handy. They should maybe focus less on the tech and more on the guest requirements!

Capsules themselves are ok. But still you hear all the noises. Really overpriced though. But it was the first time in my traveling history when reception didn't allow to check in 15 minutes before check in time. Really guys?Seven times reminded That checkout time is at 9am and don't be late. Unfortunately no other options to stay in transit zone.

The hotel is certainly showing its age. Lots of mold in and around the shower. Marble disintegration around the toilet due to lack of cleaning of urine. The pricing is for a 5 star hotel but the hotel is more like a two to three star.

This booking was for a capsule room inside of IST airport. The room itself was nice, but there were unforgivable issues inside. The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel, so the occupant has no ability to change the temperature. My room was 24c all night, with no fan available. The hotel personnel were asked by myself and other customers to change the settings but we were told they had no control. After my second request the desk attendant did come in an “adjust” the thermostat and stated that the room would cool in 10 minutes. The temperature never adjusted, which made sleeping impossible. These rooms are available to reserve by the hour, which means they need to be cleaned and reset throughout the night. This isn’t so much of an issue, however the cleaner having her phone calls on speaker was a huge problem. As other customers were awoken, the shouts began. Bathrooms are separated for males and females, but there is no control. Twice I encountered men in the women’s areas. Shower facilities were clean, but the toilet stalls had overflowing trash cans all night. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I have stayed at the landslide yotel before and enjoyed my stay. However, this time, I flew into Istanbul and had a domestic transfer with a long layover. I booked the airside yotel. I did not realize until at the airport, to get to the airside yotel, I had to have an international transfer, therefore I could not access the hotel. I do not recall seeing any information regarding transfers and the need to be international transfer to access the hotel. I was disappointed I was unable to get a refund and had the additional expense for a lounge access.

Great option. I had a 12hr layover and it was perfect to get some sleep. The shared bathroom was nice also with large clean private showers. The hotel is located upstairs just off the main duty free shopping area so dining and bars are just a few meters away. A bit pricy but worth it.
