Localização muito boa. Café da manhã com o necessário, bom. Precisando de alguns reparos nos móveis dos quartos. Não gostei do colchão , muito duro. Estacionamento muito bom e seguro.

O hotel tem um bom atendimento na recepção, profissionais gentis e atenciosos, o café da manhã não possui tanta diversificação mas o que oferece é de boa qualidade e gostoso :) A parte de estacionamento precisa ser melhorada, determinar uma área para veículos grandes (talvez o ideal é que seja apenas de um dos lados do estacionamento. Fiquei presa sem poder sair em uma das noites e ainda tive que ajudar um outro motorista a manobrar para não bater. O quarto é bom e precisa de pequenos cuidados tipo limpar as luminárias para retirar o pó, deixar no quarto além de toalha de banho toalha de rosto, as roupas de camas são limpinhas mas estão velhas (se desfazendo - exemplos as mantas de dormir). A parte de iluminação nos corredores o sensor precisa ser melhor instalado, pois o ponto onde ascende quando a pessoa passa não está em local estratégico (exemplo pouco antes de descer as escadas para o estacionamento) a luz demora a ascender quando a gente passa. Eu me hospedaria outras vezes no hotel, o que escrevi são pontos de atenção/melhoria, já me hospedei 2 vezes neste hotel, da última vez no quarto 26, bem melhor do que fiquei na primeira vez.

A limpeza estava ok e os funcionários são atenciosos. Não havia toalha de rosto. Acho que poderiam colocar uma cortina blackout e dar uma renovada nos travesseiros. Não consegui descansar como gostaria... Cheguei até pensar em mudar de hotel pois estava rolando nos corredores uma 'resenha informal'. Me deparei com hóspedes de outros quartos bebendo, conversando e ouvindo música. O estacionamento apesar de ser cortesia, tive dificuldades para entrar e sair (havia uma placa 'buzine duas vezes para abrir' mas nenhuma vez fui ouvido). Lamentável!

Pelo preço o quarto tem um bom tamanho e bom conforto, só achei ruim o ar condicionado que tem programação automatica, começa em 27° e vai abaixando aos poucos, não sendo possivel eu colocar no 18° direto caso eu queira.
