My stay at the Marriott Izmir Konak was exceptional. The staff knew me by name & offered assistance without prompting and whenever requested. The roof deck pool and restaurant overlook the Aegean Sea, which made experience unique and exciting. The food & service is Michelin Star quality. The housekeeping staff attend to the room twice a day and leave the room spotless. The Concierge arranged 3 trips & provided many restaurant recommendations. Overall, this was the best Marriott experience I have ever had. I recommend it without any hesitation. Thanks to Deniz Degerli & your staff

We arrived 20 minutes before check in time and they still said they had no room ready. The hotel is next o water that smells so horrible it is nauseating. They rip you off for their horrible food (we had lunch there). Not worth for the cost at all. Their pool is not even open till afternoon and even then they rent the area and you can't use it all the time. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was very clean.

Our stay at this this hotel was nothing short of perfect. It was our last night in Türkiye following a few days of vacationing around the country. We were to fly out of Izmir airport. Check in was smooth and effortless, and the room has everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, and soundproofing is truly excellent. I am a very sensitive traveler, and I am really picky (also currently pregnant which makes all these traits even more pronounced). This hotel is clean, convenient, and stylish. Reception service is impeccable. You can’t possibly go wrong. Finally, the breakfast has tons of options. They even have an à la carte menu, which is refreshing if you don’t feel like getting things from the already abundant buffet. Overall, a 10/10 stay and without a doubt in my mind—the best hotel we stayed at in Türkiye.

I booked upgraded room with access to lounge and sea view. In Lounge was nothing , when i arrived at the room until 1am was party on the roof top, the music was so loud that walls were shaky, i went to complain and they told me that it’s completely formal for hotels to make party, they gave me other with no sea view (that i paid double for it) but the same loud. I couldn’t sleep and had a glass of wine from the mini bar (didn’t look at the price as how much can cost?) it cost 45 usd !!!!!!! Be careful when you go there and avoid if possible was one of the worse experiences in my life and definitely worst for Marriot that i respect a lot.
