It lies 75 kilometres to the south of Guatemala City, the capital city of Guatemala.

Nothing compares to spending a day at the seaside. At some point during your trip, be sure to travel to San Jose Beach, 17 kilometres to the west.

Escape on an adventure to some nearby natural beauty spots. 25 kilometres out of Iztapa, Parque Hawaii is all yours to discover. Biotopo Monterrico-Hawaii, 25 kilometres away, is another splendid spot to kick your feet up.
