Sadly we only had one night, a mistake on our part. Enjoyed our stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave us suggestions on Shrines to visit.

スタッフの方は親切でプロフェッショナルな印象でのスタート。お風呂が夜通し使えるのは、人によっては便利なのかもしれないが早朝利用した際、お風呂場に髪の毛が落ちており、不快感があった。数時間でもクローズしてしっかり清掃されていると朝の入浴が快適だったと思う。またお部屋の細かいところに埃が溜まっており、広いお部屋ゆえに、棚あたりの清掃まで行き届いてない感じがあったのが残念。冷蔵庫にドリンクと薬を塗り薬をいれていたら、凍ってしまった。温度調節が見えづらいところにあるか、清掃の一環で冷蔵機の温度も一定の物に調節していて欲しい。帰りにタクシーをオーダーしたが、スタッフはロビーエリアにいるのに荷物を手伝うということはなかった。ポリシーなのかもしれないが、最後はちょっと残念な点が続きました。

出雲大社まで歩いてすぐ、コンビニも目の前にあり非常に便利です。大浴場は男女２つづつありいつでも入浴可能です。できたら大浴場にタオル設置していただけると部屋からもっていかなくて済むのでありがたいです。

出雲大社からも近く、ウェルカムドリンク、朝夕の食事やお風呂、スタッフの対応も良かった。 お腹いっぱいで、夜のラーメンが食べれなかったのが残念です。また機会があったら、リピートしたいです！
