Our last day, Thursday September 26th, no running water. No shower, toilet, or faucet. No one apologized or seemed to care. Motel blamed the county. Was told water would be turned back on between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and that never happened. Would like money back for last night. Not happy

Choose an upper floor to stay in
While this is a great more modern stay, if you are on a lower floor expect to hear an unexpected amount of noise from above I was curious to why they had sets of ear plugs for noise I now know why. The ceiling/floors and walls are extremely thin.

Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. Beds were comfy and the modern decor was fun. Beautiful property with several outdoor spaces to enjoy. Great coffee shop and sitting area attached. Yummy avocado toast too!

Awesome spot!
Nice hotel with gorgeous pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) in heart of Jackson. Delivery from the hotel restaurant and bar to anywhere on the property and fun accomodations were favorites of ours!

The receptionist was excellent and switched us to a bigger room without any fuss. The hotel now has it’s own restaurant and a lovely outdoor infinity pool and hot jacuzzi.
