The ground floor is a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment, each bedroom with its en suite bathroom. 1 king and 1 queen bed.

The main house is on 2nd and 3rd floors.
1st floor with 3 bedrooms (3 queens), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
2nd floor with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.

NOT pet friendly. If bring a service dog, please know the rules you need to follow.

This is our personal home. While our personal items will be locked away, there are some personal items throughout the house and locked closets unavailable for guest use.

Main house and ground floor apartment have separate access via keyless entry system.

*It's an additional $100 to heat the pool. Check with the host in advance for payment and preparation at least 24 hours before check-in!

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the house. There is also public parking in front of the house and across the street.

We want to make you aware that beach and road renourishment projects are underway in our area. As a result, it's possible that some beach access and roads may be closed during your stay.
