Almost perfect 👌
Overall it was a great hotel. However when we first arrived we realize the air conditioning unit wasn't working. We had Hotel staff come take a look at it and she thought she had it fixed but it didn't work. In the end we had to transfer to another room which was inconvenient but not that big of a deal. However I realized first thing in the morning that our coffee maker was missing apart so I couldn't make my own coffee. When I went to the front desk there was a heavy set woman working who wasn't very helpful. She told me she didn't have another coffee maker to give me. I told her I would like to have a cup of coffee before I leave in the morning which was supposed to be very early and ahead of the breakfast schedule. She told me that there would be coffee at 4:00 a.m. when I went down to get coffee she was no longer working and the person that was working hadn't made coffee yet. It was very frustrating. The breakfast offering in the morning was really good with lots of options and fresh food available.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, there is not a hot tub like in the photos and the pool was freezing! There is an indoor pool but it is not heated or the heater was not on!

Staff at front desk were cordial and helpful. However, paper towels in the public women’s bathroom were not refurbished the morning I left even though I reported them the night before. And the wall over the trash can in our room had food splashed on it. The original room assigned to us stunk. The staff immediately assigned us to a new room.

Overall stay was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good (potatoes, eggs, waffle maker, dairy products and pastries). Coffee was available all day. The bed was springy yet I slept well. My concern was the bathroom. It seems staff forgot to sweep the bathroom floor. Corners were gathered with dirt and hair. The tub appeared to previously have grips and have since been removed and now stained. The bathroom door was hard to open and close due to lack of space between the floor and door. There was a quarter roll of toilet paper leftover from previous guest (s). I went to front desk for toilet paper and linens with no problem. Per policy, rooms are cleaned after 3 day stay or as requested. Permitted late check out

I didn’t stay there. I tried two rooms and they both smelled terrible so I left. I didn’t get any money back either. The lady at the front desk was very nice and I felt bad leaving but I couldn’t sleep there. None of the windows open and everything is musty smelling.

Just a overnight stay on a long trip to home Check in was fine and staff welcoming The shower water was just lukewarm, the drain was partially clogged, and the toilet seat was loose causing it to slide around The bed was wonderful but the bedside lamp closest to window did not work and I was unable to read my book Breakfast did not start until 7 so we missed that as we had to get on the road

The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, great personalities. The room was wonderful. The only complaint was the view of construction site of dirt and equipment, but understand the area was undergoing building.
