Our stay was fine. Our frustration came on the second morning when our room key would not work. After a trip back to the front office for a fesh key it too would not work. Another trip back to the office. The manager followed to the room but was also unable to open the door. She opened it manually. The many attempts was frustrsting on a Sunday morning.

The floors were dirty, red clay on floors. Toilet had urine stains. Sheets had foot prints on them, dirty. Men hanging outside drinking at 4:30 pm, tailgating.

clean but not enjoyable
Hard to hear and understand person checking us in, but managed to get enough info to figure things out. our room was clean,with plenty of towels etc. since it was a bottom floor and people above were very noisy, made it hard to get a nights sleep. Continental breakfast was less than ideal,so, we ate elsewhere

Refused to give me a non smoking room after I accidentally booked a smoking room. Then finally agreed if I put a cash deposit only. Rude and shady.
