I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Baymeadows and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. Upon entering my room, I noticed moldy and dusty air vents, which raised concerns about cleanliness and air quality. Additionally, there were no tub stoppers, and the mini fridge was not only leaking but also frozen, making it unusable. Room service was off putting as well, they cleaned the room but didn’t replenish the towels they’d taken. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of responsiveness from the staff. I tried calling for service but received no answer, and there was a significant delay in checking in—over an hour and a half past the scheduled time. The state of the room left much to be desired, with dirty floors, used cups, and trash found under the bed. The pillows were stained, and the carpet felt sticky, which was very off-putting. The hotel lobby floors were dirty, but the breakfast offered was fantastic. The breakfast area was clean. The staff in the dining area were friendly. Overall, while the breakfast was the highlight, the numerous cleanliness issues and lack of service significantly impacted my experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns so future guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.

Worst Embassy Suites in my Opinion
My AC didn't work and wasn't fixed until the day before our last day. House keeping didn't make the beds or vacuum. Saw a couple of cockroaches on our floor. Worst Embassy Suites I ever stayed at.

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks each day at the reception. The breakfast was delicious! Our room was roomy and comfortable! The guest agents were very helpful and attentive! The location was near shopping, dining, and arena. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit Jacksonville!

I would not stay here again. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids, but when we got down to the pool, it was overrun by kids-I mean 30-40 kids with only a handful of “adults” supervising them. Most of the “adults” were actually teenagers. It was chaos and lawlessness. Before we got there, someone else must have complained about it because a staff member tried to control the chaos, but it was no use. The chaos and lawlessness continued, and my kids decided that they didn’t want to be involved in that so we left the pool. We drove seven hours and the whole time my kids were looking forward to the pool, but unfortunately, the lack of control by the hotel management made this impossible. To go along with that, the room above us played extremely loud music until the wee hours of the morning. It felt like we were trying to sleep in the club. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. However, the clubbing continued. Finally, my husband went down to the front desk and complained. I would not ever recommend anyone stay in this hotel. It’s wild and chaotic, and management has very little control of the guests who have zero respect for other guests. They need to up their security here at this hotel.

Ac kept clicking/ scraping when it would turn on and off. AC was not cool enough even after putting temp down. There was not a fitted sheet for the pull out couch already in the room, had to ask front desk. Light/ fan switch in the bathroom were falling off wall and dirty.
