Our room was dingy. The carpet outside the door was wet. Ceiling tiles in the hallway were not in the proper place. Our toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The battery in our door was dead resulting in a wait for maintenance to allow us access to our room. Our safe wasn’t working. Our coffee maker was broken. Water poured in resulted in brown water running all over the counter/ floor. All towels used for cleanup. No housekeeping during our stay. Our friends in the next room had bedbugs. The room wasn’t even sealed off after their evacuation. If you have a child playing sports near this location, find another hotel. The drive will be worth it.

I was disappointed with the rooms. We had a suite which had three rooms. They only had one wastebasket for three rooms. Also, we had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, which we waited a while at 11:p/m to get them. I decided that I would not stay there anymore. In addition, they only had one blanket for three beds.

Property is old and not kept up. Not what I expected from an embassy. My room smelled like wet musty carpet. Staff was nice except the lady from Germany. She is very aggressive.
