Not a great hotel stay
Hotel was under construction. We were supposed to have an accessible room for my mom who uses a walker and has COPD. Because of construction they said they had to change our room to a standard which moved us to the third floor all the way at the end of the hall. Very long walk for my mother. Very unhappy with this. Then there were construction noises above us for an hour until 8:30 at night. Quite disturbing. Only had 1 coffee cup for Keurig in the room. There were 2 of us. Will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible!

The hotel is in the process of a remodel so a bit loud and cluttered. Other than that it was a nice stay. I’m sure the remodel will be wonderful when done.

Overall the property was on. A lot of remodeling being done. Requested a king bed at time of reservation and was approved for it. On check in the staff stated they on had two queens. Was not pleased at all and she told me I didn’t have to stay there. Loud music playing all night long also.

The hotel was new or newly remodeled. Most stuff worked but the hvac was problematic. Hard to get the temp right. Too hot or too cold. Breakfast was being run by someone who didn’t know how to do the job. The juice machine put out water. The auto pancake machine didn’t put out pancakes but acted like it worked. The food was cold. Potato’s undercooked bacon cheap.
