Studio Unit

We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $40 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

Good Location and convenient
Had all the basic necessities and met our needs with our dog. Decorating of unit was rather mis-match, but was easy to get to beach and other areas on Amelia Island.

Ocean view
The view and access to the beach are outstanding. The property, as a whole, is well maintained. This unit could use some upgrades. The Shower faucet is not securely fashioned, and we worried it could pull out of the wall if not careful. There were spots on the upholstery of the dining room chairs. It could use cotton sheets. But it is a comfy spot for an ocean view.

Cute but smoky
Everything was good except there is the smell of cigarette smoke. In spite of the signs clearly stating a fine will be incurred if someone smokes inside, the smell is still there. After returning home, we had to wash everything to remove the smell. Not sure how to handle this. Possibly people smoking on the front porch’s draws the smoke in. Otherwise they are cute, affordable and very close to the beach.

Charming cottage near the ocean
This property exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean, with cute decorations and attention to detail. Check-in was a breeze. It was pet friendly. And I was able to walk to the ocean to catch beautiful sunrises.

Everything just as advertised - great setting under the trees just a short walk to the beach. The studio was perfect and well equipped. Our only observation was that the refrigerator door opened backwards making it awkward to get food out to place on the counter. It wouldn't take the maintenance man 20 minutes with basic tools to reverse the doors. We love Amelia Island and will definitely be booking at Sea Cottages again on our next visit.

My new girls get away destination!!!!!
Excellent stay from start to finish. Booked a studio cottage for me and 2 girlfriends for a girls get away. Easy to reserve. Received personal welcome text from staff. Easy to pick up key. Easy and safe parking. Property looks just as advertised. Beds super comfort. Pull out sofa bed very comfortable, too. Bathroom clean and accessible. Shower very clean and water pressure, great. I texted staff for more towels and they delivered them quickly. Whole studio was very clean and had every amenity listed. We visited during January; freakish cold snap. Studio was toasty warm. We ordered a pizza easily and it was delivered. Cottages are near everything, great restaurants, shopping, sites. This will be our go to girls vacay get away! Excited to book during the warmer months, too.

The property was very cute. However it smelled like smoke and now all our luggage smells like smoke as well. The inside was a bit worn out as well and the heater was turned on to 88 when we got there! Took all night to cool the place off.
