We had an issue with our room and Kathy made sure we were taken care of with a new room in 5 minutes. Staff was all very sweet and helpful. This was our second time there in 2 months. Highly recommended!!!!

More updates needed in rooms, fixtures, furniture and bathroom.
We came from a not so grate experience at a Hilton hotel than a bad experience from a local hotel but finally arrived at red roof and everything was excellent, amazing front desk clerk everyone is friendly I will come back to red roof
The room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was nice. Great hotel, will definitely stay again. Room 218 was really nice: the living room, dining room, kitchen combo was nice for the long weekend. The bathroom was super clean.

Simple and comfortable just wanted a cheap stay with my dog while in town so I didn’t have to stay with family ended up being the perfect getaway from dinner!
We came to visit our granddaughters and they stayed with us. For the price it was great. They loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok. Service was good. The only complaint I'd have is the smell of Marijuana in the hallway and one day the must have come through a vent and our room smelled like it. So for being a non-smoking rooms, not sure how people can do that.
This is my 4th time staying here. Absolutely love the staff super kind and helpful room is always super clean and the free breakfast is the best! Pool area is super clean with a nice hot tub. Would recommend staying here to anyone who is traveling down to visit or pick up there marines!
Everything was great. Besides the day I had to check out. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting there was a lady behind the desk. I asked if I could check out. She said that the front desk person had to do it. The front desk lady was making her a waffle, saw me standing there. She rolled her eyes and put her plate on the counter top in a aggressive matter. Came over to me raised her voice what room. Well I finally got checked out, didnt get a Thank you for staying with us not even a
have good day. Need to teach their front desk people some manners or tell them to be nice to the customers.
