I was in town with my 2 kids to see a football game. This was a very convenient location but we were not treated very kindly when we arrived. I will need to get better at paying attention to names of the staff there was one women at the front desk who was incredibly kind, she was very positive and friendly the other couple women were the polar opposite. We had a great encounter with a women at pier 1515 and the breakfast we ordered to go was great and reasonable priced. Having to pay $17 a day to park is a little ridiculous if you ask me especially if you’re paying so much money to stay at the hotel. There was no light in the shower or a fan, also no garbage bags in the room at all. This is the first hotel I’ve been to with no microwave which was strange. Overall it was a good stay my kids loved the pool.

We enjoyed the water taxi to the Jaguars stadium. Unfortunately our breakfast on site was quite possibly the worst breakfast experience we’ve had. Grossly overpriced. Poor service. Definitely recommend going anywhere else.

Great stay, clean comfortable and all the employees have a happy disposition! Breonna, Will, Kameron and Hazel as well as all the employees had smiles and were very helpful. Only con was you need some hooks in the rooms and another towel bar in the bath. One towel bar for three people was a little much with no hooks! Overall great place!

I have to give the staff 5 Stars!! We evacuated due to Milton hurricane. there and ended up being there with our dog for five days. Everyone so so friendly and helpful!
