Beautiful, new property with spacious room (rented king suite) which appeared to be very clean until I inspected bathroom and found soiled toilet seat. Housekeeping was gone for the day and staff offered to move me to another room but time prohibited this. I purchased wipes and gloves and cleaned room myself. Staff apologized but I felt that some sort of compensation (at least for cleaning supplies) should have been offered. There was also no hand soap in bathroom so I purchased same. I also had to make 2 requests for additional pillows which also cast a somewhat negative light on our stay. Facility is lovely and rooms spacious for a great price and I may try them again since staff apologized and I assume these issues will not re-occur.

The hotel wasn’t our first choice. We had booked another hotel but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly at our original booking. We searched and found this hotel had availability. It was a great find. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. Once we checked into our room we found that the tv wasn’t working properly so we informed the staff and we were given another room. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it again

Great Hotel Find!!
All the reviews I read about WaterWalk were true! This place is clean, quiet and spacious. We like having a kitchen to save money on eating out when we travel back and forth for Mayo Clinic visits. I also learned that I can bring my fur babies for only a cleaning fee no matter the length we stay. Front desk staff on check in and check out were very friendly. We'll be back!!

Stayed only one night and reserved three rooms. This facility looks brand new. Everything was in great shape. The only issue we had was there are people that live here full time, as per their optional long term rental, but we could hear people and music way late into the night through the walls. The facility resides at the end of a professional park that is beautifully landscaped and very close to tons of restaurants. We would not stay here again only because of the noise coming from so many of the rooms late into the eventing. This was a problem for our room and my family that stayed on the opposite side of the building on the same floor.

Don’t stay here
The overall stay was decent but the customer service literally has an attitude about them as if they don’t really want to help you..I had a room with a broken dryer and a big bug in it I was told I’d get a new room but once I brought it to the workers attention she laughed at me and said we don’t have any room available.
