Did not have hot water. They tried telling me that it will be fixed in 5 minutes but even after two hours it was not fixed. I had to leave without shower. the customer service was not very responsive nor any attempt was made to fix the issue or offer any alternative.

The property was ok. There was hair in a few of the dishes.

Subsequently, hotel management took the extreme measure of putting their hotel under maintenance and removing air conditioning from the listed amenities this is also confirmed by your representative. This revelation not only showcases a blatant disregard for honesty and transparency but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the hotels listed on Expedia. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Expedia to provide accurate information and facilitate seamless bookings.

Noise and mosquito were terrible. Services are needed to be improved.
