The environment and surrounding of the resort is a bit in disappointment although they upgraded our room. Some structure are still under not finished state, except all tents are set up. There are no body at the counter all times, and there were only us as the foreign guests there with few more local guests in other tents. The whole resort is so empty, number of servant are more than guests there. We felt very lonely and boring inside, it's like being trapped inside an empty town. And worse is there is no wifi. Room conditions was OK, but bathroom is quite smelly although the vantilation is on all time. This might due to sewarage system underneath is not good. Overall, the resort does not looks like what it showed in pictures, doesn't feel home at all. We booked for two nights, but checked out the second night even we have paid everything in full before going. And room rate is not cheap at all, the luxury tent almost having the same price as a delux room in JW Marriott Jaiselmer, which it doesn't worth the money at all, the resort it's not even a 3 star. No doubt all this disappointment, service for breakfast and dinner are still satisfactory, food quite nice and the room servic boy, which is only that one boy, was hard working.
