No regard for customer experience
Ridiculous $10 fee for a second room key when two people travelling together. As the key is needed for lights and aircon and to use the lift this is very limiting for a couple.

Great airport hotel at a reasonable price.
Hotel is well maintained and service is very good. The breakfast starts very early (I think 2am) which is helpful if you have an early flight. The room is spacious, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Signage to the hotel could be improved, it is on the 2nd floor of the airport in the far end of the international section of the airport.

We came in just before midnight and had a great sleep and breakfast at the Amara. Very convenient location for an airport hotel and the gentleman at checkin gave us a late checkout, which is much appreciated
