Awesome stay in Jakarta
Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again.

Loving this place so much! The hospitality is the best! The front desk ladies and guy was very responsived and responsibility ! Hani and the rest of the guys who always bring my food to my room is the winner! They deserved to get raised ! The guys who served the breakfast also had amazing hospitality! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, everything is well organised, good breakfast, perfect location, swimming pool is nice. But the best part of the whole experience was definitely the people working in Avissa Suites! It’s 100 out of 10, absolutely! :) Everyone is perfectly friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about everything I had to ask them, willing to assist in any possible way. During my stay (which was 11 nights) these people helped me out so many times with so many things! Really enjoyed! Highly recommend!

Great staff and location
Clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff even gave us an upgrade, then we ordered massages right in the room. The breakfast was a simple buffet with a dozen or so options and really well done. Excellent service there too.

For short trip doesn't mind to stay again
The location is not easy to find, driver need to ask around. Not aware that air-con is not auto link with the main switch which most hotel has it. So sleep without air-con on the whole night felt very stuffy and hot. The TV has a clicking sound when it was turn on, very irritating. Surprise the breakfast was not bad in selection but very crowded as seem not enough seat when a big group come together.
