Tried this place because it was three of us traveling and didn’t want to share a bed. It looked spacious with a big couch in the picture so we decided to give this place a shot since it was on promotion rate as well. Understand the fact that this is not a hotel property so no check in desk and had to arrange a time to meet up for the key, that is fine. However, property is not cleaned at all and couch was filthy with stains all over so we decided to not use the couch. Then when we came back after that night there were cockroaches all over the place. Tried to book another property to move but it was too late at night so we just stayed up all night and left in the morning the next day. Contacted the person who gave us the key for a refund but was told to contact the customer service number.
