Aircondition not working, they not change the room also smoking in the room , I am asthma patient I request non smoking room but all room are smoking room there, I am not recommending any one to take that hotal, even you pay $20 more you get the 5 times better hotal in Jakarta in that area.

A new hotel but could still hear street noise from ninth floor. No refrigerator for cold drinks. Hot water not reliable. Mainly for local Indonesian people. Apart from this staff were friendly.

Cheap decent hotel
Nice hotel, not the best area if you're looking for big malls etc but very real Jakarta, stretch food, few seedy characters but hotel is nice and staff friendly, didn't fell unsafe though

Too noisy
If you don't mind the sound from outside the hotel Is ok, but for me I can't sleep to hear traffic and music from outside, the room small , the comforter has a hole , the Ac first night not cool at all, the food good, the manager not helping at all , with the situation all crowd , I was complain about it and still has 5 more days too stay and asking for cancel 4 days, Expedia ok, but the manager said it too complicated to do finance with Expedia , very dispointed. No doubt i will be back again..
Pro 1. Room is clean & lobby is spacious 2. Breakfast is ok 3. Wifi ok 4. Very Good price (room + breakfast) Con 1. Room sound isolation is bad, especially the entrance door. Overall the hotel is worth to stay and for sure i will be coming back again for my next business trip.

New-ish budget hotel in a convenient location.
For the price, probably one of the better hotels along the Mangga Besar stretch. Inward facing superior rooms have just a small window over-looking nothing, except a narrow 1m ledge separating the next row of inward facing rooms; a potential death-trap in the event of a fire. Better to opt for the deluxe rooms with proper windows facing the street. Main door insulation poor - can hear any activity outside your door.

No frills 3 stars hotel in rowdy neighborhood
Stayed 3 nights on 9th floor of hotel. Clean basic room, slow internet, weak water for bathing and adequate breakfast. Poor room service - charged S$ 3 for extra pillow, very limited meal menu for in-room dining and plate was not cleared the next day. Coffee and tea facilities only in lobby. Garden view open window to a wall and almost touching window of opposite room.

Situated near a red light district. The wifi was slow. Speeds were 0.5 in the lobby, 0.25 in the room. Very small window - might as well have no window at all. Took more than 5 minutes to check me in.

部屋は一見清潔に見えるが、汚い。小さい虫が出る。エアコンは効きが悪い。朝食はかなり好みが分かれる感じだが、はっきり言っておいしくない。
