La chica de la recepción no tenía nada de experiencia. No funcionaba su terminal y cuando le dimos efectivo no tenía cambio. Después de eso nos trató muy bien

El primer cuarto que nos dieron estaba muy mal conservado, incluso encontramos una araña y una lagartija. Las toallas en mal estado, no había agua para beber. Después nos cambiaron a otro en mejores condiciones. Podrían mejorar en servicio y mantenimiento. Tal vez tener menos cuartos pero mejor mantenidos. El servicio del restaurante muy lento pero el sabor de la comida ok.

Weekend trip though Serra Gorda
The hotel Mision Conca is a phantastic place to relax, an oasis! the ambiente and the staff, dressed as monks and Sisters are very friendly and helpful. The choice of food is good, maybe the drinks menu could be improved. The area is wonderful!

Nice Find
This trip to Mexico was planned for a long time and La Conca was a great find in the middle of the countryside. Managers were very helpful and food was very good. A great location for touring the Sierra Gorda .The historic building a and wonderful trees were a plus.

Hotel is very nice. Wonderful location. Internet is not very good but being in such place you don't need it. People was very friendly. It was a pity, however, to see the nativity made with local lichens. They should give example to conserve the biosphere. It will be also very good if the hotel could improve the access and the area of the springs where you can swim with the small fishes. Otherwise locals and tourists will destroy it.

Hotel Misión to go if you go to Sierra Gorda
Excellent hotel-hacienda to go while in the Sierra Gorda. Big if is the WiFi it is too slow. Mision should improve it. Price is really low and both hotels, this and the Mision Jalpa are very good located. The advantage of Conca are the place: a hacienda, with two pools, one made of rocks with spring water.

Family getaway to Mision Conca
The hotel is in an old Hacienda. Very rural location, ideal to get to know all the Missions and villages of the area. Very close to wild rivers were one can enjoy a swim in clean waters. Very friendly staff, especially "Los Hermanos de la Luz" who are the entertainers, my children keep reminding me of the fun they had with them. The Temazcal facilities are superb and there is a natural spring water pool.

The staff and the food were amazing. The entertainers (Los Hermanos de la Luz) were very good too. The pool was a bit weathered, but clean. The bed was too soft and there was too much light in the room, they could do with light-blocking curtains.

Hotel is 250 miles away. No one answers the phone and their voice mailbox is full so you can't leave a message or cancel your reservation.

Personal muy amable y atento. Deben invertir más en la propiedad mejorar los climas de las habitaciones 2 no enfriaban y otros 3 enfriaban demasiado. La deal del wifi no llega a los cuartos deben poner un router para ampliar la señal . La TV tiene la señal nacional , no se puede ver Netflix u otra opción , ya no hay servicio de masajes , relajación que lo ofrecen en servicios y no hay . Solo la opción de meterse a la alberca o el temazcal . Y ya . El lugar es para relajarse pero le faltan muchas cosas . El domingo era un caos en el restaurante ya que les falto personal y nos tardaron como 2 hrs en servir el desayuno .
