Everything was great except the bar, the manager from the restaurant had to run the hotel bar but was not bartender.

The room had a usual smell, as well as looked run down. The door was hard to open, like it kept catching on the latch. The mirror in the bathroom was crooked, and the walls looked like they needed a fresh coat of paint. The refrigerator made a weird noise all night as well. The toilet did not flush and when we brought it to the hotel’s attention, we were moved to another room.

The room was clean when I arrived but was never cleaned again while I was there. (Sunday night thru Thursday morning. ) I guess the cleaning team missed my room or management did not let them know it needed cleaning. Breakfast was tasty.

Definitely needs renovated. Jetted tub was so bad I didn’t use it, which was the main reason I got the room I did. Places in walls, particularly corners needed repaired. All together dingy looking. No USB ports. Unheard of in this day.

We were tired and hungry. The hotel had no restaurant, but there were many options close by. The pool was down though. That is the reason for the 'good' rating rather than 'excellent'.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was professional and the premises clean, both in my room and outside. A very nice breakfast was provided. This is one of the best Quality Inn & Suites I have ever stayed at.
