This three bedroom beach house is located just seconds from Bird Rock lookout, Jan Juc shops, the waterfront reserve walking tracks and the magnificient Jan Juc beach (access via Little Rock Steps is 550 metres away). Comprising an open plan lounge and dining area which opens out to a large outdoor entertaining deck complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting this home also features reverse air conditioner and wood heating to cover all weather. Set in a quiet street with plenty of off street parking this home is ideal for the keen beach goers!
