Our 480 sq.ft tiny house has a cozy bedroom with a surprisingly roomy living area connected to a full kitchen . The rooms are set up to give you a peaceful and relaxing experience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal.
Pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, cooking oil and salt and pepper are provided, making it convenient for you!
There is a winery just 5 minutes from Juniper Cottage. A grocery store and many fantastic restaurants all less than a 10 minute drive from the Cottage.
The house is raised so being able to walk up stairs is necessary . This property is not wheelchair accessible.
This house is on a well system. At times depending on weather the water can smell like sulfur. This is not usual so don’t be alarmed.
Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit. An ACE hardware store is just 5 minutes away and firewood can be purchased there.
We do allow two dogs max. There is a one time $40.00 pet fee for both of your dogs. You are responsible for any damages that may occur due to your pet . Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Some neighborhood dogs roam free in this small close knit community. They are very friendly but please be mindful of this for your pets safety when walking through the neighborhood.
We require all pets to be on a leash when outdoors.
This is a beautiful wooded area so expect some bugs!
Dogs are required to have flea and tick prevention prior to arrival on the property.
We love that you get to share this experience with your furry friends but please keep pets off of bed and futon.
Trash gets picked up on Thursday mornings. If a guest is staying on a Wednesday night we ask that they bring the trash can to the street for pick up.
At time of checkout guest are asked to put any sheets, towels, and rags that were used during their stay in the white hamper provided. Guest are asked to wash any dishes used and place on drying rack/mat. We also ask that all tied trash bags be placed in the large trash can outside.
