Our Médoc house, completely renovated in 2015, offers 12 beds + 1 cot, 4 bedrooms 17m² each, 2 bathrooms and a large living room of 63 m² (kitchen open to the living room and dining room).
Rooms: 3 double beds 160x200, 4 signle beds 90x200, 1 couch 140x200 and 1 cot 60x120.
Equipment: table and chairs for 12 people, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher 12 place settings, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer 8 kg, flat screen TV with Blu Ray player, couch 7 people + extra chairs and wifi throughout the house.

Exterior:
1700 m² fully fenced yard and a covered summer terrace of 25m² equipped with a large table and chairs for 12 people.

5 min from the shops in Saint Vivien, 15 minutes from Lesparre, 5 min of the estuary and 20 minutes from the ocean (very easy bicycle access)

Top ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem wundervollen Haus. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ort umring von einem großen Garten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Wir waren sehr glücklich über die Strandmuscheln, Schirme, Bodyboards und die tolle Küchenausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und angenehm. Man muss sich eben darauf einstellen, dass man alle Wege mit dem Auto fahren muss. Also ob zum Bäcker oder an Strand. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und haben die Urlaub sehr genossen.

Tolles Hau in einer ruhigen Gegend

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet großzügig Platz. wir waren mit 9 Personen für 7 Tage dort im Urlaub. Sehr praktisch waren für uns die beiden Kühlschränke sowie die Waschmaschine. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es waren einigen Gegenstände allerdings schon sehr gebraucht. Wünschenswert wären auch an einigen Fenstern Moskitonetze, da die Biester uns einige Male nachts geärgert hatten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Zur Gegend: man kann im Ort und in kurzer Entfernung auf den Weingütern eine Weinprobe machen und dort auch den regionalen Wein kaufen. Ausflüge zum Meer haben wir mit dem Auto oft unternommen (20 min Fahrt). Auch der Markt in Saint-Vivienne-de-Medoc ist nett. Außerdem ist ein Tagesausflug nach Arcarchon sowie zur Düne von Pilat zu empfehlen. Fazit: wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

La maison de Théo

Très belle maison avec de belles prestations, très bien conçue. Grand terrain clos, appréciable avec deux jeunes enfants de 4ans 1/2 et 6ans. Avons pu déjeûner dehors tous les jours grâce à la terrasse couverte. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la maison de Théo 🤗 et c'est d'ailleurs notre deuxième séjour. Située proche de l'océan, du lac d'Hourtin et de Soulac.

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und toller Ausstattung

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in den Sommerferien in der Medoc Region und sind mit dem Haus und der Auststattung 100% zufrieden. Das Haus hat einen tollen offenen Küchen-/Essbereich, zwei tolle Bäder (eins mit großer Badewanne, eins mit Doppeldusche), sehr gute Betten und morderne Elektronik (Waschmaschine, Trockner, TV, etc.). Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Ruhige Unterkunft auf dem Land

Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt befindet sich das lebhafte Dorf St. Vivien, hier kann man alles nötige bekommen und es gibt einen schönen Markt. In der Hauptsaison gibt es einen Nachtmarkt mit leckeren und vielseitigen Essensangeboten.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus von Romain & Dasha ist wirklich sehr schön renoviert. Moderne Ausstattung neben rustikalen Bruchsteinmauern und alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Daneben ein sehr großes Grundstück mit einem überdachtem Außenbereich mit ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf, wo man vom Tourismus in der Region überhaupt nichts mitbekommt. Zu den tollen Stränden in der Region fährt man etwa 20 Minuten, zur Gironde nicht einmal 10. Der Hausverwalter Pascal ist ein sehr entspannter Kerl. Alles in Allem können wir einen Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schönes, großzügiges und sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, dörflicher Lage. Frischer Renovierungszustand und überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung (Kücheutensilien wie es der Hobbykoch begehrt). Unkomplizierte und flexible An/Abreise. Ideal für Gruppen. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus

Wir waren zu Fünft in diesem wunderschönen Medoc-Haus mit sehr viel Platzund einer wunderschönen Außenanlage. Im Haus findet man alles was benötigt wird und mehr darüber hinaus. Die Hauseinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe war auch stets ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen in der man vom Haus aus sehr nahe an den Strand kommt oder die Gegend sich ansehen kann.

Wundervolles Haus

Wundervolles Haus. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder extrem genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön wenn einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und bietet Kindern die Möglichkeit sich aus zu toben. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen

Séjour très agréable dans une magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est à disposition pour les enfants (jouets, lit bébé, chaise haute), les chambres sont très spacieuse. L'extérieur ainsi que cuisine/salon sont top pour partager de bons moments entre amis ou en famille. Sur la route des châteaux et non loin de la plage, cette maison est vraiment très bien située. Je recommande fortement ce lieu. Merci à Romain pour sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Jau-Dignac-et-Loirac. La maison est confortable, spacieuse, bien équipée et très adaptée pour un séjour en groupe. La localisation est optimale pour explorer et profiter de la région. Le propriétaire est très disponible en amont et pendant la location, et a fait le maximum pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions possibles.
