A two-storey duplex apartment, conveniently located within walking distance to Cala Blanca and Jávea’s main beach. White-washed walls paired with a maritime colour scheme and accents of stone and light wood bring a warm, beachy vibe to the contemporary yet cosy interior.
A spacious living/dining area spills out onto an outdoor terrace, which is decked with comfortable sofa-style seating and a second dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen continues the light white scheme and provides ample space for a family bake off.
The layout of the top floor is ideal for families looking for space. The Master en-suite has a large walk-in shower and beautiful wall tiles and fittings, while the two twin-bedded rooms share a good-size bathroom complete with fitted bath and overhead shower.
All three bedrooms benefit from A/C, large built-in wardrobes and the same stylish décor as the lower floor.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
