The apartment is integrated into the main house, but has its own access via the garden. *All consumption (electricity, water, gas, ...) is included in the rental price, apart from any pool heating used. Electricity billing for pool heating is usually done via a separate meter. Thanks to the highly efficient heat pump built in 2024, which is specifically designed as a pool heater, the costs are comparatively very low. Our on-site caretaker will instruct you in the use and handling of the system. You can monitor and control consumption yourself. Costs up to 50 € / week are free; Any additional costs will be billed separately and paid on site.
