"Great location within walking distance of all the major town sights. Staff were excellent. The hotel has a large underground parking area which is free for hotel guests. Top tip - request a high floor room with a view over the Hanok village!"

"It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner."
