We had a junior suite, and it genuinely had the WOW factor, as do many of the pieces of art work and furniture around the hotel. The room and bathrooms were enormous and beautifully decorated. So nice you almost didn't want to go out. The staff were all very nice as well. The location was also great, just a short walk from the centre of town. I would easily have given this hotel top marks if it were not for the miserable breakfast. It was the first hotel I have been to in years that had no buffet. Once you were seated you were brought tea or coffee, and then between the 2 of us we were given 1 tiny portion of fruit, a yogurt each, 5 toasted half rolls, 3 slices of cheese and salami, 2 croissants and small cakes, 2 packeted small tasteless muffins and a couple of jams. And none of it was that nice. But it was the lack of choice that really disappointed. So if you have the option, book without breakfast as the rooms and hotel are fabulous, and have breakfast in town. That is what we would do if we go back.
