Don´t recognize the silver discount.
Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company.

Adoramos o hotel, bem localizado, de fácil acesso, poucos minutos até a praça principal. Funcionários prestativos, super educados, café da manhã excelente. Apenas um ponto negativo, a piscina pode ser usada até as 22 hrs, a noite pedimos para acender a luz, e nos informaram que não podiam, também não ligaram o chafariz para circulação da água. De resto recomendo com certeza

A minha estadia no Star foi perfeita, o café da manhã foi ótimo, todos os funcionários prestativos , cama ótima… a única coisa pra melhorar são as toalhas que precisam ser mais macias e novas …. O hotel está próximo do centro, sendo uma caminhada pequena até a rua Francisco, e está localizado em uma rua calma…. Adorei tudo

Excelente hotel
Hotel excelente, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom, funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Informei ao hotel que tinha intolerância ao gluten e fizeram um café da manhã especial sem gluten pra mim. Esse cuidado com os hóspedes faz toda diferença. Recomendo e quando voltar a Jericoacoara, com certeza me hospedarei novamente nesse hotel.
