Convenient
Great place to stay in the city. Central to alot of places. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Subway stations were close. It felt like a safe and fun area to be in.

We had a fantastic stay at Chelsea Savoy Hotel! The hotel was clean, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the bagels they served for breakfast - they were the perfect way to start our day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC.

A Nice Hotel
The hotel staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to transportation, shopping and food. The hotel is dated and could use a nice renovation but the room was very clean, the heater/ac unit and the television worked without issues.

Excellent location
Really useful spot near the main sights of Manhattan. Lots of places to eat nearby, choice of subway lines very close. Breakfast was nice to be included, it was basic but more than enough to get you started on a day. Rooms facing the street were noisy - but that’s New York!

This is a nice hotel despite its being rather outdated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which overcomes other sins, and it was remarkably clean. The room I had was fine, but the bed was terrible - so hard, with a thin mattress on wooden slats in lieu of a box spring that made it very difficult to get comfortable, let alone to sleep. But the location is tremendous for getting around - so many subway stations on 23rd Street!
