The hotel staff was great as was the room. The only problem was only one elevator was working. On the weekend it can make for long waits. Otherwise great stay.

Location was great. Close to bus to get into manhanttan. We reserved a suite for 4 people however the pull out sofa bed was very small and could only fit one person. My other daughter had to sleep in the bed with us. Room was reserved for four people however the bedding was not adequate for four people. Staff at front desk was wonderful.
