Never EVER AGAIN #Roaches
Never again. My room had roaches and gnats. I complained to the front desk. The manager wasn’t available and I was told they would reach out to me to resolve, I NEVER heard back. I stayed 6 days and EACH day I killed roaches. My main entry room light was broken so I had to use the bed lamp to light up my room. I complained, it too was never addressed. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! Loudness was out of control, children constantly running around in lobby and during breakfast. I was tired but I guess I will rest when I get home!

The hotel was old and everything was run down looking. The whole place smelled like marijuana. One of the elevators was broken and the ice machine did not work. The TV remote had tape holding in the batteries .

The room was clean and smelled very good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. The food for breakfast was excellent with several different options. The location is close to Times Square in Manhattan by bus or car.

This hotel needs work
Reception employee was kind and helpfull. The hotel needs an overhaul its getting run down . Plenty of free parking Smoke free room smelled of cigarette very strongly and employee had no care for it
