The bed was comfortable but there was no hot water for a shower, a little cockroach crawled up the night stand by where I was sleeping, eggs were cold for breakfast and only one working elevator.

Hotel was clean, rooms clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The walk to the bus stop is up hill but they offer a ride into NY for $10 per person that we utilized and walked back going down hill and was much better. Staff were all nice and helpful! Would stay here again.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The property was noticeably dirty, with unclean common areas and a general lack of upkeep that made the entire place feel unhygienic. Noise was constant—doors slamming, people shouting in the halls, and no sense of quiet at any hour—making it impossible to rest. On top of that, the overpowering fragrance used throughout the hotel was overwhelming and actually triggered migraines, which made the stay even more miserable. The hotel was also ridiculously crowded; the front welcome area was so packed you could barely walk through it, and the continental breakfast was completely inaccessible due to the number of people. Between the filth, noise, crowds, and sensory overload, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Because of our experience the first night we did not stay the second night as planned.
