Rat traps was in hallway. Heater was broke. One side of elevators was out of service. Room cold. Short staffed. TV not working properly. I booked for two nights. I left on Tuesday evening due to the above issues.

The room and staff was just terrible. First the receptionist told us false information about when we could check in and none of the staff tried to do anything to make it right. When we finally checked in Tv kept losing signal so we could barely watch it and room service was very slow. Will not be staying again 0/10, do not recommend.

The hotel was dirty, two of the elevators weren't working, it had a very poor appearance inside, and the surrounding area was filthy and smelly. It's not our first time staying at a Ramada hotel, but it is the first time I've been disappointed. The previous ones were fantastic, clean, and beautiful. I really didn't like this one.

Extremely noisy inside the room and the window was as if not existing in terms of blocking noise from highway. We could not go asleep for two of the three nights. There is zero countertop space in the bathroom and you have to put your toothbrushes on top of the toilet tank. Not a single cup provided in the room, let alone bottled water or coffee maker. The toilet sounds like a jet engine when you flush and you will sure wake up people 2-3 rooms down the hall. If you are ok with all these, go ahead. Otherwise avoid it.

They still have the construction o remodeling thing going on, besides that everything was perfect. I am quite sure when they finished with the Proyect it going to be so beautiful and perfect.

Extremely dirty hotel. Elevators didn’t work. Parking lot was littered with trash and shipping containers. Beds were rock hard. Didn’t stay the night. Drove home at 1am instead of staying the night.
