Everyone here was really nice. The property itself was clean and maintained but was nothing more than mundane in terms of personality or excitement. But, that being said, this property definitely served the purpose and was comfortable enough during the stay.

The overall stay was very good. I enjoyed staying there. The negative things are they dont provide youbwith complimentary water bottles upon your arrival. Atleast for the 1st day, the water bottles should be provided. They also don't refund the security deposit. Upon asking, they said that its already refunded upon check-out and asked me to check with my bank. I didn't face this issue with other hotels.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It’s located across the street from the bus, which made for an easier and more affordable option to the city. About $19 round trip from behind the hotel to the NJ Port Authority Bus Station, which is close to Times Square. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Very good views of the city as well. Staff was friendly and kind. Would definitely book this hotel again.

We are very grateful for the perfect stay we enjoyed at the Hyatt Place Secaucus. It took only around 15 minutes with the 320 bus into Manhatten. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. There is a Walmart just around the corner. The parking is free and right at the hotel. Could not think of a better hotel to visit New York.
