I loved the view of the city, and the accessibility to everything! The only part that I didn’t like is that the lounge and restaurant were under construction and we were not told this when we booked or discounted for not being able to use these amenities!

Reception area is not ideal. I understand that there is construction going on but there is ample space from where they are where they could have set up the reception desk. It is a hazard. I almost tripped because of the curtains. Too much crowding and so little space to pass. The signs are also blocking what could have been space for movement. On the other hand, the rooms are new and very nicely decorated. Parking is ridiculously expensive.

Not the best experience, you get what you pay 4
we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but there was a dj playin super loud music until midnight on Friday, nobody was around the patio where this DJ was playing I couldn't sleep b/c the music so loud. The building contruction offered very little sound control mitigation, we heard every other guest and their loud children bright and early each morning and late into the night. We did get an early checkin we sacrifices our king bed and view of the manhattan sky line in place of the back of the Hudson and hoboken, the 2 twin beds were not that comfortable, Can't give review of if the King would have been better. There was no complimentary coffee in lobby, there is only one option for any breakfast and the inclusion of breakfast with stay was unclear, so I don't even know if breakfast was included. The hotel was under construction so I imagine some of these issues are related to that, might want to mention that when booking. The rooms were cheap so I can't expect too much. I didn't get the chance to use the pool or the gym no review there. The front desk staff could use a few hospitality classes.

Top rated location next to PATH station to go into NYC/World Trade Center. The upgraded city and river view is nice but lack certain amenities like microwave. Spacious room, a bit dated but comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay! When we checked in we were suprised that we had an upgrade with a beautiful view! Down fall is entrance was under construction, but front desk was so welcoming As so as we checked in!

OK, I get it, it's NYC and you pay a premium price for the location, the view, etc. But you can't charge people $500 per night, have half of the hotel rooms undergoing renovation, the lobby being a mess and start hammering and drilling at 6:45am. That is not acceptable.

During my stay there was construction on the property and I heard quite a bit of hammering and tools which is frustrating. They did apologize about the noise with a sign but for the price per night, this was unfortunate.
