It was terribly cold ouside and the cold air came in the room through a hole in the wall. They couldn't change our room because the hotel was fully booked. I had to try to cover the hole with towels and crank up the heating. The room was still freezing. Never staying at LaQuinta again.

Excellent location. There is a small mall nearby. Also, about 10 minutes away is the American Dream Mall. Bus 320 starts at the hotel and takes you to where the trains connect. Anyway, I would go back.

The room was not clean enough. Carpets in the room was smelling very bad i had late checking the room heater was not on it was cold and the heater vent was very dirty when its was blowing air it was blowing dirt with it as well. Cx service was ok.

If you are looking for a family place to stay. This was very affordable and room were clean and comfortable. We were on a budget I was able to stay with my family of 5 . The breakfast included was a plus. I will consider staying here again . This was our first trip to New York.

Rude unhelpfull staff, no maid service the whole stay. Had to go to the main desk evrytime we needed ice. 5 people and 6 super thin pillows. No blankets for the pullout. Room fridge barely worked. For the price of the room it shouldve been bigger. Breakfast was cold and tasteless and the juice was so watered down it was gross. Horrible stay. Never again will i use a LaQuinta by Wyndham. If you have the Wyndham name, you should be to their standard. Definitely would not recommend

The property was in shoddy shape. The room next to us, the door was split in half. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the tub was rusted. The couch in the sitting area had white stains. The bed comforter had holes in it. I wish it were cleaner and more comfortable.

Good stay!!
We had a great two day stay. We returned to our room the second night to freshen up towels and a hotel made bed. We did not have much contact with the staff honestly. The person at the checking was fast and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good included hard boiled eggs ( for those who liked them ), potatoes and sausages....fresh made waffles....yogurt....apples and oranges. Variety of bread, cereal...fresh coffee so no complaints..they delivered on the promesse of a hot breakfast. The team that works iin that area kept everything tidy. As for the property...it is old....furniture on the main entrance seems beaten down. The room was better furnished. The bathroom had water damage and it probably comes from the shower curtains being inadequate...you pull it on one side and uncovere the other one. As for the accessibility to Manhattan....it is true...the bus takes you in 25 to 30 minutes.....however...it is a 4.95$ fare each way and in case you did not think about it. It is a different district so....NY bus fares dont work there. From the hotel the bus driver accepts cash payment. Overall a good experience, have not done soo much traveling so maybe i dont have big expectations

La peor experiencia que tuve en mi vida. Uno de los TOP 5 peores hoteles en los que estuve. Las FOTOGRAFIAS SON FALSAS. El hotel luce descuidado, SUCIO, con insectos en el dormitorio de tanta suciedad acumulada pegada sobre las superficies, u solo jabon para una familia, no tienen ropa de cama extra, toallas sucias, sabanas sucias. El desayuno con leche podrida. Nos cobraron $1000 por tres dias y tuvimos que irnos. NO VAYA!!! Ademas huele a droga y suciedad en todos lados. Inseguro (puertas rotas en el segundo piso habitacion 206). ME ARRUINARON MI VIAJE DE FAMILIA.
